GDPR compliance

We process personal data only based on an applicable legal basis, fairly, proportionally, and transparently in relation to data subjects. Individuals whose data are processed must be able to understand who processes their data, for what purpose, on what basis, for how long, and what rights they can exercise.

Data are collected and used only for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes, such as identifying, contacting, and evaluating candidates for executive roles, management positions, specialist roles, performing recruitment mandates, communicating with clients, and administering business relations. We do not use data for purposes incompatible with those for which they were collected.

We process only data that are adequate, relevant, and necessary for the intended purpose. In the case of candidates, these may include, as applicable, contact data, professional experience, education, skills, public LinkedIn profile, availability, professional expectations. We do not request excessive data.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the processed data are correct, complete, and updated. Candidates, clients, and partners may request us to update, correct, or complete their data when they are inaccurate or incomplete.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. In the case of candidates, CVs and professional profiles may be kept, as a rule, up to 3 years from the last relevant interaction, for future professional opportunities.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, modification, or disclosure. Access is limited to persons with a real professional need, and transmission of data to clients is carried out in compliance with confidentiality obligations.

Elite Searchers is responsible for compliance with GDPR principles and for demonstrating compliance through internal rules, security measures, and correct response procedures.
