Meet Sorina Faier

Founder of Elite Searchers and One2One, Romania’s first employee engagement application, Sorina Faier is a professional with extensive experience in Human Resources, recruitment, and leadership.

Her work focuses on Top and Middle Management recruitment, Executive Search, and Management Consulting, as well as Human Resources consulting and salary benchmarking studies. She is also actively involved in the development and delivery of HR and leadership education and training programs, contributing to the professional development of business professionals and leaders.

As a speaker in the fields of HR and business and an influencer in these areas, Sorina Faier promotes the connection between business, leadership, and influence. She is also the host of the ELITE cu FAIER podcast, a project dedicated to conversations with professionals and leaders from a wide range of industries and fields.

With more than 1,200 published articles and over 100 media appearances, Sorina Faier is an active and relevant voice within Romania’s business and Human Resources community. Elite Searchers was founded in 2018 by Sorina Faier, following 12 years of experience in two multinational Executive Search firms. The company was established with the ambition to provide boutique Executive Search and Headhunting services built around a personalized approach, confidentiality, and a deep understanding of each client’s business needs.

Headquartered in Bucharest and supported by an extensive network of local and international contacts, we conduct Executive Search projects both in Romania and across international markets. In an ever-changing talent landscape, we identify the right professionals, including for the most complex and confidential positions.

Finding the right leader is one of the most important decisions a company can make. Executive roles require a different approach, and traditional recruitment methods are often not enough. That is why each project is managed through a direct search process (Headhunting), supported by in-depth research, careful assessment, and a thorough understanding of the client’s business context.
